We cordially welcome you to our Affiliate Program, an avenue through which you can earn by promoting our products. These Terms of Use act as a contract between us, and they outline the rules and guidelines you’ll need to follow as an Affiliate. We urge you to read these terms carefully and understand them fully before joining our program. Upon registration, you’re expressing your agreement to these terms, and you’re committing to adhere to them. If you can’t accept these terms, please refrain from registering for our program.

To ensure mutual understanding and to avoid ambiguity, here are the definitions of some key terms used in these Terms of Use:
- “Affiliate” is you – the individual or entity that is signing up to join our Affiliate Program.
- “Company”, “us”, “we”, and “our” are terms that represent KOLTIX by KOL Nation Sdn. Bhd.
- “Product(s)” are the goods and/or services provided by us, which you’ll be promoting as an Affiliate.
Affiliate Obligations
As an Affiliate, you’re obligated to carry out promotional activities for our Products in an ethical and lawful manner. We have zero tolerance for misleading or false advertising. Any actions that contravene these guidelines can lead to immediate termination of your affiliate status. Always ensure that your promotional methods are transparent, honest, and in line with the applicable laws and regulations.
Payment
As compensation for your promotional services, you’ll earn a commission for each successful sale of our Products made through your unique referral link. This commission is our way of appreciating and rewarding your efforts. The payments will be processed on a monthly basis via store credit or direct bank transfer. The specifics regarding the commission rate and other details will be provided separately and available in your Affiliate Portal.
Termination
While we appreciate the contributions of our Affiliates, we also reserve the right to terminate your Affiliate status if you’re found to be in breach of any of these terms. This is a necessary measure to protect the integrity of our Affiliate Program, our Products, and the interests of all involved parties.
Limitation of Liability
We must state that we won’t be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that might arise out of your participation in our Affiliate Program. This includes, but is not limited to, potential loss of revenue, profits, or data. We recommend that you take appropriate measures to safeguard your interests.
Governing Law
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Malaysia. This means that any legal disputes or issues arising from this agreement will be subject to the jurisdiction of Malaysia, and they’ll be resolved in line with the laws and legal procedures of Malaysia.
Changes to the Terms
We want to stress that we reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. As an Affiliate, it’s your responsibility to stay informed about these changes. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to ensure you’re up-to-date. If we make changes and you continue to participate in our Affiliate Program, we’ll consider that as your acceptance of the updated terms.
