a. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket(s) will remain valid for the new date and time. No action is required to update your ticket.
b. If you are unable to attend the rescheduled event, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the rescheduled event date. Our customer support team will assist you in processing the refund.
Event Venue Change:
a. If the event venue is changed, your ticket(s) will still be valid for the new venue. No action is required to update your ticket.
b. If you are unable to attend the event at the new venue, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the venue change announcement. Our customer support team will guide you through the refund process.
a. If an event is postponed, your ticket(s) will remain valid for the new date and time. No action is required to update your ticket.
b. If you are unable to attend the postponed event, you may request a refund within 48 hours of the postponed event date. Our customer support team will assist you in processing the refund.
